Cold Induction Bending
Weatherock Energy utilizes advanced cold bending technology based on proprietary industrial processes to manufacture high-quality pipeline bends with excellent dimensional accuracy and material integrity.
The cold bending process maintains the original metallurgical structure of the pipe, minimizing wall thickness reduction and eliminating additional heat treatment when mechanical properties meet project specifications.
