Integrated Pipeline Solution for Crude Oil Transportation Project
Supply of longitudinal submerged arc welded (LSAW) pipes for crude oil transportation pipeline system. The project included the manufacturing and delivery of 2,500 metric tons of X52 grade line pipes with external 3LPE anti-corrosion coating.

Project Challenges
The project required a very strict delivery schedule due to the customer's urgent construction requirements. Meanwhile, the winter season created additional challenges for the 3LPE coating process, as low temperatures could affect coating quality and production efficiency. The customer also required complete pipeline accessories, including bends, to ensure smooth installation at site.

Through close coordination with the pipe mill, coating supplier, and third-party inspection agency, we optimized the production schedule and implemented strict quality control procedures throughout manufacturing, coating, inspection, and delivery processes.
